Burners are positioned every 12" for maximum heat coverage, and a Renau controller individually controls each temperature zone. A built-in alarm alerts if the temperature is +/- 25 degrees, ensuring consistent cooking results. The stainless steel griddle makes cleaning easy while providing a sleek, professional appearance. It also features a stainless steel grease gutter, removable high-capacity grease pan and 4" stainless steel legs.
